GRADE REPORTING
Parents can view their student's quarter and semester grades online via the Aeries Information Portal. The Aeries Information Portal allows parents to access their child's class schedule, current progress, grades, and attendance via the internet. You will need the information provided in the Aeries Portal letter to set up an account. Portal letters are mailed out to new students the first of August. If you need a portal letter, please contact the registrar at 858-755-1558 x4410 or have your child stop by Student Services and pick up an Aeries Portal letter.
The grade reporting dates are posted in the Grade Reporting Schedule link below. Mark them on your calendar and let your child know you will be checking the Aeries Portal.
If you need a hard copy of your student's progress report/report card, you or your student can pick up a print out at the counseling office.
